The water butt extension connector is a versatile accessory designed to enhance the functionality of your water butt or rain barrel. Featuring a BSP male thread on one end and a BSP female thread on the other, this connector provides a convenient 50mm outwards extension. This extension allows for easier access to the water stored in your barrel, making it easier to fill watering cans or attach a hose for example. The device has a 1/2" BSP thread size which fits a 21mm hole. For installation, the connector can be effortlessly screwed into existing female threads on your container. This is an ideal solution if your water butt already has pre-installed threads. However, if your barrel lacks a pre-existing thread, the connector can still be installed by creating a hole in the desired location. Once installed, the connector extends outward by 50mm, providing ample space for attaching hoses or filling containers.

The Back Nut and Washers in this kit are used to secure the water butt extension to a water butt. The back nut provides a secure lock, ensuring that the fitting remains in place even under pressure. The Back Nut and Washers combination is easy to install and remove, making it a practical choice for both temporary and permanent setups.
